A 60-year-old pedophile living in Kent, UK – who claims to identify as a 5-year-old girl – has avoided jail despite having breached a long-standing sexual harm prevention order by approaching and kissing two children on the lips.
Janiel Verainer (pictured above), of Chatham, had an initial sexual harm prevention order imposed in 2016 after he was found kissing a small girl outside a restaurant. A subsequent police investigation also found child sexual exploitation images on Verainer’s devices. The man was sentenced to 15 months in prison, and a directive ordering him to stay away from children was implemented.
But in 2019, Verainer repeated his offence and breached the terms of his order, approaching two little girls and kissing them during a public gathering where he was playing piano. It breached the 2016 Sexual Harm Prevention Order made at Canterbury Crown Court in the UK which required Verainer to stay away from children.
According to Kent Online, at a sentencing hearing held last week before Judge Philip St John-Stevens, Verainer was handed a seven-month jail term suspended for 18 months.
At the 2016 hearing Verainer asked to be called Jorven Seren and claimed to identify as a five-year-old girl. At the time psychiatrists concluded Verainer, who was told off by the judge for hugging a large doll throughout the hearing, had personality problems but no mental health issues.
Verainer admitted the 2019 offence just before Christmas 2021, entering court dressed in a red and green seasonal outfit, with a woollen cardigan, Santa Claus badge and red and green elf-like cap.

The judge did not order Verrainer to pay the £1,800 ($3,600) costs of bringing the case to court.
