Convoy 2022 NZ is taking place in New Zealand starting Sunday 6 February 2022 – new website here. The North Island leg of the convoy started from Cape Reinga and is heading to Wellington. On the South Island, the convoy left Bluff and is heading to Picton.

There will be an overnight camp for the North and South Islands, then the convoy will continue on Monday 7 February 2022.
The Kiwi convoy hopes to match that of the impact of the Canadian truckers’ protest and aims to stop vaccine mandates and other restrictions in New Zealand.
Below is video shot on Sunday 6 February between Warkworth and Orewa. There were hundreds of cars and hundreds of supporters along the road and above the motorway waving the drivers on.
In a statement on their Facebook page, Ag Action Gatherings says: “This is not a protest but a freedom convoy – which will end at the Beehive [Wellington] and is aimed at seeing specific actions happen.
“It’s time to stop the complete tyranny, totalitarian communist control over our nation. It’s time to stop the removal of our freedoms and the promulgation of fear, lies and division.
“Change always starts with action – be part of this monumental day in our history.”
