Thousands of freedom supporters will meet at Claudelands Park, Hamilton, this Saturday 20 November at 11am before walking to Mill Street over the Whitiora Bridge as part of the Worldwide Rally for Freedom.
Local organisers are hoping people will line the roadsides from 12 noon at the Mill Street and Ulster Street intersection as well as Victoria Street.
“This is a peaceful demonstration of solidarity with those who are losing their jobs, with those losing their human rights, with those being coerced into taking the jab, with those already harmed by the jab, and with people around the world resisting similar authoritarian attempts to segregate their societies,” state organisers in a press release.
“Bring signs, banners, and flags. Avoid bringing ‘Trump stuff’ and avoid too much focus on Jacinda Ardern personally.
“The agenda we are resisting is much bigger than her, she will just be replaced by another PR person. This month, we need to do our best to stop our society being divided, make a visible stand against the propaganda, and limit the coercive jabbing.
“This will be a walk and stand on the roadsides and footpaths around a busy intersection. It will be a peaceful assembly. We will not be blocking traffic.”
